Computer games
A characteristic feature of the computer era was computer games. You can treat them differently. On the one hand, they can be useful as educational tools; on the other - to take time (sometimes very much), to distract from work. Psychologists believe that computer games with an abundance of scenes of violence - even if expressed in an extremely conditional form - contribute to the formation of children are not the best qualities. Nevertheless, computer games are widespread. Over their creation are highly professional programmers, artists, animators; this is a rather thriving subsector of the programming industry. Like many human achievements, computer games can be used for good and evil.
The general structure of computer games is as follows:
The game environment block is that scene, that three-dimensional computer world in which there is everything that stands, lies, moves, appears and disappears in accordance with the meaning and laws of the game.
Interaction unit is all that in the program, which allows the player to change what is provided by the gaming environment block.
The evaluation block - these are the conditions for the player and for the game objects on the game scene. This is the counting of the number of points, a description or showing the initial and final game situation in the game.
It is possible to distinguish three hierarchical levels that allow you to correctly build a computer game scheme: operational, tactical and strategic.
The operational level is the modification of objects on the game scene by pressing a key or control device (mouse, joystick). The result of the operational level should be displaying all movements and changes in the screen display.
Tactical level includes and operational. Actions at this level lead to the achievement of some well-defined local goal. Changes in the complexity of the computer game, the tempo, the level occur at this stage.
Strategic level includes tactical and contains several independent blocks: input on the game diagram of all objects to determine, assign and visualize their initial parameters, check the criteria for the end of the computer game, fix and visualize the results of the entire computer game in general and the results past games.
Computer games are different and each of them requires different computer resources.
Below is a brief overview of computer games.

Educational computer games
A special role in the world of computer games belongs to teaching and developing games. Teachers are well aware of the importance and high efficiency of gaming forms of training, especially successfully used in working with children of preschool and primary school age. There are, for example, special environments for the initial training of computer science with funny performers who play simple user skills, algorithmization skills, etc. in the game form.
Until recently, most of the computer games required minimal computer resources. Modern computer games industry is aimed at the use of technology multimedia and virtual reality. They require high characteristics of the computer and its peripherals.
